Please provide information exactly as it should appear in printed documents

As space is limited, if you cancel your attendance after registering, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
45 – 31 days before the conference - $50
30 – 15 days before the conference - $100
Within two weeks of the conference - $150

If you cancel after your air itinerary has been booked, you will be charged for the cost of the flight, including travel agency fees. You will then be issued a credit with the airline for the cost of the flight.

Air Travel Information

Once you submit your registration, you will be contacted by our travel agent, McVeigh Associates, with a tentative itinerary for approval. You should plan to arrive to St. Louis by 5pm on Thursday, March 1st. Departing flights will be scheduled for after 1:00pm on Saturday, March 3rd.

If you plan on extending your stay in St. Louis, please indicate your requested arrival/departure dates in the Special Requests box below. This information will be given to the travel agent to help them prepare your itinerary.

Hotel Information

A hotel reservation will be made for you at the Marriott St. Louis Airport for the evenings of Thursday, March 1st and Friday, March 2nd, checking out on Saturday, March 3rd.

If you plan on extending your stay at the Marriott, at your own expense, please indicate your requested check-in and check-out dates in the Special Requests box below.
